"Their light will run before them and on their right hands; they will say: Our Lord! Perfect our light for us, and forgive us! Lo! Thou art Able to do all things." — Holy Qur'an 66:8
Gems from Pir Hasan Kabirdin's Moti Venti and NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.)'s Nahjul Balagha (5)
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
Ya Ali Madad! This post for the fifth day of Baitul Khayal Satado has two gems of knowledge: a verse from Moti Venti and a saying of NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.).
Part 1: Teaching of Pir Hasan Kabirdin
Let us begin with the 29th verse Moti Venti in which Pir Hasan Kabirdin implores and recognizes the Holy Imam as the only true guide.
Eji | sâmi lâj amâri tamê râkhajo bijê hâthê kêmrê javâya tamârâ nâmno nâriyêr âviyo bijo kêm jovâya mahêr karo morâ sâ(n)hiyâ abarâ sharan tamâri |

0 Lord, | Have mercy and protect my honour. How can I associate with a stranger? I have received the gift of your acceptance (symbolized by a coconut), now how can I look at anyone else?
Have mercy on me, my Lord. |

Part 2: Saying of NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.)
In the path of spiritual development, it is necessary to submit only to Mushid-i-Kamil, Imam-e-Zaman. Pir Hasan Kabirdin has expressed this concept in the above verse of ginan. NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.) has also articulated the path that we should take to get clear guidance:
"Where are you going and whom are you following? The truth (Islam) has fixed its landmarks, has lighted its beacons and has set up direction indicators, inspite of all this you are being misled and confused. But why should you be perplexed when you have Ahlay Baith (decendants) of the Holy Prophet (a.s.) amongst you. They will direct you towards truth and religion, guide you towards the path of God, they will speak to you in the language of truth. Love and respect them as you love and respect the Holy Quran. To satisfy your thirst for realities of life turn to them as thirsty animals gather around watering places."1
