:: Purification Gem No. 13: 0 Master, From Thee Alone is My Origin ::

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

Ya Ali Madad and Ramadan Mubarak! This post for the auspicious thirteenth night of Holy Ramadan has five parts:

  1. A couple of gems of knowledge from Pir Pandiyat-i Jawanmardi, or "Advices of Manliness" of Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II;
  2. One beautiful venti verse from Pir Hasan Kabirdin's (r.a.) Moti Venti;
  3. Luminous dhikr of Yâ Ali, Yâ Allâh, Yâ Muhammad, Yâ Muhammad, Yâ Ali;
  4. Angelic salwat which is the anchor tasbi for the project; and
  5. Global Prayers and Three Grand Aspirations.

 

Part 1: Teaching of Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II (a.s.)
In Pir Pandiyat-i Jawanmardi, Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II (a.s.) teaches how the soul reaches its origin:

"O, believers, learn in a critical way (ba-tahqiq) that you have come from the proximity of the Lord (Khudawand), from the supernatural (batin) world, which is the pure world of the spheres, to this transient world, the earth. You will go back to the Lord. Therefore, do your best to see that at the time of the journey back to the Friend you may not go empty-handed, so that you may be proud, not ashamed. Abandon the greed for the pleasures of this world and perfect your attitude to the hereafter." (p.52)

"He (the Lord) will ask you: "I have given you eyes, reason, mind and sound parts of the body, how did you use them? Have you opened your hand in My way, lavishing money, or used it treacherously to acquire property, women belonging to others, and to harm people? Did your ears listen to words of truth or untruth? Was your tongue busy with My mention (dhikr), or with slandering My devotees? Was your heart full of My love, or of love for worldly pleasures? Did your eyes see the truth or untruth? Have you brought upon yourself happiness or distress?" — Therefore you had better purify yours hearts of any love for worldly pleasures." (p.53)

 

Part 2: Teaching of Pir Hasan Kabirdin
In the following verse from Moti Venti, Pir Hasan Kabirdin teaches us about the origin of our souls:

Moti Venti verse 1 recited by Shafiq Rawji

Eji Âdam âd niri(n)jan
nargun âpê arup
asal amârâ sâmi tamê
judâ padiyâ thai rup
mahêr karo morâ sâ(n)hiyâ
abarâ sharan tamâri â		  
0 Lord, In the beginning, You were Unseen (Niranjan),
Attributeless (Nargun) and Formless (Arup).
0 Master, from Thee alone is my origin.
By taking a physical form, I have been separated from Thee.
Have mercy on me, my Lord.
I am helpless and dependent on you.		 1

Part 3: Dhikr Section:
For today's session, let us use a bouquet of Yâ Ali, Yâ Allâh, Yâ Muhammad, Yâ Muhammad, Yâ Ali tasbis to call on the Light of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.s.) and NOOR Mawlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.). At present, the Lights of Muhammad and Ali are manifested in NOOR Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini (a.s.) Hazar Imam (Please recite the Holy Salwat).

Part 4: Angelic Salwat
Let us now start presenting a nazrana of angelic salwats to our beloved NOOR Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini Hazar Imam for blessings, guidance and empowerment for the fulfillment of our noble wishes. May our beloved Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam continually keep us on the Right Path. Ameen.

Part 5. Global Prayers and Three Grand Aspirations
Through the barakat of thirty purification gems, tasbis and angelic salwat by many individuals of the global Jamat, O Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam, bless the global Jamat with:

  1. Spiritual and luminous tayid (help) to advance materially, spiritually and intellectually;
  2. Sunshine in our spiritual hearts and actualization of the inner vision of the Truth;
  3. Empowerment to present a Material Nazrana of time, knowledge and financial resources;
  4. Empowerment to present a Spiritual Nazrana in the form of a pure heart which is in a state of constant dhikr; and
  5. Empowerment to present a Luminous Nazrana in the form of a sound heart (qalb-i salim) which is in a state of constant dhikr and enlightenment.
